This is the first time I have blogged, ever. I blog for others and for myself. So others can benefit from my journey around medication, illness and what resources are out there.

Currently I am diagnosed with Bipolar Mixed Episodes and Rapid Cycling, I take a multitude of medications which I’m happy to share later. Right now my pscyh has put me on a thyroid med since I’m becoming treatment resistant. Any thoughts?
